In the anesthesia program, technical personnel are trained to assist anesthesiologists. The Health Technician working in this field is the technical intermediate staff who, under the supervision of the anesthesiologist and/or the operating room specialist, does what is necessary for the operation and narcosis to be concluded safely and comfortably, according to the instructions of the specialist who performed the surgery. Health Technicians, in line with the directives of the anesthesiologist; Doing what is necessary for a safe and comfortable result of anesthesia, preparing patients for anesthesia and surgery, monitoring the patient during anesthesia, checking the anesthesia device and operating table before each surgery, keeping the environment, materials and equipment ready for the procedure, during the procedures tasks such as giving the most appropriate position to the patient, recording the type of anesthesia administered, the drugs, devices, instruments and materials used, the course of anesthesia and the observations and findings of the patient in the anesthesia follow-up form, and maintaining and maintaining all kinds of anesthesia devices, instruments, drugs and sanitary materials. they are conducting. If those who have completed the "Anesthesia" program are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) conducted by OSYM; They can transfer vertically to Emergency Aid and Disaster Management, Nursing, Nursing and Health Services Undergraduate Program.In the Department of Medical Services and Techniques; There are 9 programs actively recruiting students: Anesthesia, Operating Room Services, Electronmrophysiology, First and Emergency Aid, Audiometry, Radiotherapy, Medical Documentation and Secretarial, Medical Imaging Techniques and Medical Laboratory Techniques. The aim of the department is to create the manpower that provides reliable results by performing the medical analyzes that should be applied in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease in health institutions under appropriate conditions.
