The student who wants to make an adjustment must first of all apply from the University General Student Affairs Center. should open the panel.
The student must enter the courses he/she wants to be exempted from, from the Add Course section of the Student Information System (OBISIS) adjustment section (with the English names of the courses) and send them for approval. Applications that are not sent for approval cannot be evaluated.
The student, who has completed the course add process from OBISIS, will fill in the adaptation application form together with the approved course contents and the approved transcript. (Due to the pandemic, the approved course contents, barcoded transcript and the adaptation application form signed by the student can be scanned and sent to the unit supervisor via e-mail. In this process, it is important to confirm with the unit supervisor at the point of delivery of the documents.)
The student, whose application for adjustment has been received, will complete the adjustment process by going to the adjustment officer of the department to which he/she applied, together with the documents (application form, course contents and transcript).
The student who has completed the adjustment process will contact the course advisor of the class he/she will continue his/her education in to make the course selection and complete the course registration process.
MATTERS TO CONSIDER:
Adaptation applications are made only within the first 2 weeks at the beginning of the Fall semester of the academic year in which the student first registered.
It is important for the student to examine the course contents and course information packages of the department they will study, and to choose the compatible courses for exemption.
Student cannot be exempted from the courses he/she has failed (failed). These courses do not need to be entered into the system.
The courses to be exempted must be included in the transcript as well as the course contents of these courses.
The adjustment process is done only once, not separately for each semester, and covers all semesters in which the student will study. For this reason, when determining the courses that the student wants to be exempted from through OBISIS, they should add courses by taking into account all the semesters of the department they will study in our faculty.
The student's course registration is not considered complete! After the adjustment process, the student must choose a course together with the course advisor.
It is sufficient for students from Erasmus, Farabi and Mevlana programs to bring their Learning Protocol and Transcripts.
